Courses are held at Strand House 22-24 Strand Street Great Dublin 1 which is behind the Jervis Shopping Centre in the heart of Dublin.
Parking is in multi-level car park nearby on Jervis Street or on Parnell Street.  The Luas stops nearby as well as many bus routes.

• Exploring the desktop with a mouse

Lesson 2 – Help 
• Using Help features
• Searching for files and folders

Lesson 3 – Working with Windows Explorer
• Creating folders
• Naming and Re-naming Folders
• Creating Files
• Saving Files
• Moving files into folders
• Deleting files and folders

Lesson 4 – Opening Applications
• Opening and Closing Applications eg. MS Word and Excel
• Opening the internet
• Using search engines to search the internet
• Accessing informative and relevant websites
• Explanation of general internet guidelines
